1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within India only. We do not ship internationally.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of
order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3-7 business days
- Non-metro and remote PIN codes: 5-10 business days
These timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners and
are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, regional
disruptions, or courier-level issues.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before
payment. We may offer free shipping above an order threshold from
time to time.
5. ORDER TRACKING
A tracking link will be sent to your registered phone number on
WhatsApp and to your registered email once your order is dispatched.
6. UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If an order is returned to us undelivered (incorrect address,
recipient unavailable across multiple attempts, or refusal to accept
delivery), we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-dispatch
charges may apply.
