This Privacy Policy explains how B100X Nutraceuticals LLP ("Stravian Labs", "we", "us"), the operator of stravianlabs.in, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data. We act as a Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and comply with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

By using our website, buying our products, or interacting with our WhatsApp assistant Anya, you agree to this Policy.

2. What personal data we collect

  • Identity & contact: name, phone number, email, delivery/billing address.
  • Order & transaction data: products purchased, order history, payment status (payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store full card details).
  • WhatsApp / Anya interaction data: messages you send to Anya, and preferences you choose to share (e.g. age band, language preference, product goals) to receive guidance and reorders.
  • Technical & usage data: device, browser, IP address, and cookies/similar technologies for site functionality and analytics.
  • We do not knowingly collect sensitive health diagnoses; any wellness preferences you share are used only to guide product suggestions and are not medical advice.

3. Why we process your data (purposes)

Processing your order and delivery; providing customer support and the Anya assistant; account creation and passwordless login; personalising product guidance and reorders; fraud prevention and security; legal, tax and regulatory compliance; and — only with your consent — sending offers and updates.

4. Legal basis (DPDP Act)

We process personal data on the basis of your consent and for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act (e.g. fulfilling a purchase you requested). You may withdraw consent at any time (Section 8); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and may limit our ability to serve you.

5. Who we share data with

We share the minimum necessary data with: payment gateways (to process payments), logistics/courier partners (to deliver orders), our WhatsApp Business provider (Wati/Meta) (to run Anya), cloud and analytics providers (to operate the service), and government/legal authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside India in accordance with applicable law.

6. Your rights (Data Principal rights under the DPDP Act)

You have the right to: access a summary of your data and processing; correct/complete/update your data; erase your data (subject to legal retention); nominate another person to exercise rights in case of death/incapacity; withdraw consent; and grievance redressal. To exercise any right, contact our Grievance Officer (below). We will respond within the timelines prescribed by law.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by tax, accounting and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you and the Data Protection Board of any breach as required by law.

10. Children

Our products and services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly process the data of children without verifiable parental/guardian consent, and we do not undertake tracking or targeted advertising directed at children, as required by the DPDP Act.

11. Cookies

We use cookies for site functionality, to remember your cart, and for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect site functionality.
