Terms of Service — Stravian Labs

These Terms govern your use of stravianlabs.in and the purchase of products from B100X Nutraceuticals LLP ("Stravian Labs", "we"). By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering a legally binding contract under Indian law.
2. Our products (important health notice)
Our products are health supplements / nutraceuticals, not medicines. They are intended to support general wellness and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated as drugs. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition. See our Disclaimer.
3. Product information & accuracy
We take care to describe products, ingredients and doses accurately, but minor variations may occur; the printed product label is the authoritative source. Colours/packaging may vary slightly from images.
4. Pricing & payment
- Prices are in INR, inclusive of GST (MRP model), and may change without notice; the price at checkout applies.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We may cancel orders with pricing/stock errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
5. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or limit orders at our discretion.
6. Shipping, returns & refunds
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms. Note our products are a non-returnable consumable category except for defects/damage as detailed there.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the site — brand name, logos, text, images, articles and design — is owned by or licensed to Stravian Labs and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, infringe our IP, post unlawful content, or use the site or Anya assistant for anything unlawful.
9. The Anya WhatsApp assistant
Anya provides product guidance and order support and is not a medical professional. Her suggestions are general wellness information, not medical advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law (including for defective goods).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site/products.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to consumer-protection rights available to you, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
13. Grievance redressal

14. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use means acceptance.
